Bay Dental Milling – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of products and services from Bay Dental Milling. By placing an order, submitting a case, or using our website/services, you agree to these Terms.

1. B2B Relationship / Professional Use

Bay Dental Milling provides manufacturing and milling services for dental professionals and laboratories. Our products/services are intended for professional use only. You are responsible for ensuring clinical suitability, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient consent.

2. Case Submissions & Accuracy

You agree that all submitted files (IOS/scan data), RX instructions, implant system selection, library choice, shade, material, and design parameters are accurate and complete. Delays or remakes may occur if data is incomplete or inconsistent.

3. Manufacturing & Tolerances

Dental restorations and components are subject to industry-standard tolerances. Minor adjustments may be required chairside or in-lab depending on clinical factors, scanning accuracy, material behavior, and seating protocol.

4. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to case complexity, data quality, volume, and shipping constraints. We will communicate material delays when reasonably possible.

5. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due per the terms shown at checkout or on invoice. Unpaid balances may delay production or shipment.

6. Refunds / Remakes

Refunds and remakes are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Because most items are custom-made, refunds are generally not available except in limited circumstances.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping policies are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss may transfer to the customer upon carrier pickup unless otherwise required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to our proprietary workflows, designs, and documentation. You retain rights to your submitted case data. You grant us permission to use submitted data solely to fulfill your order and improve processes (in a de-identified manner where feasible).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bay Dental Milling is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost chair time. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in our Return & Refund Policy, we provide products/services “as is” and disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
