Processing & Production Time

Because most items are custom-made, production begins after case acceptance and confirmation of required files/instructions. Production times vary by case type and complexity.

Shipping Methods

We ship primarily within the United States using major carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS). Available shipping options and fees are shown at checkout or on invoice.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and depend on carrier performance. Bay Dental Milling is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or delivery exceptions beyond our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damage: Photograph the package and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Loss/Delay: Contact us as soon as possible. We will assist with carrier claims where appropriate.

If international shipping is offered for your account/order, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import requirements. Delivery timelines may vary significantly.
