Bay Dental Milling – Return & Refund Policy

Custom-Made / Made-to-Order Products

Most products and services provided by Bay Dental Milling (including but not limited to Ti abutments, zirconia crowns/bridges, models, zirconia All-on-X, Ti bars, and related milling services) are custom-made for each patient case. Because these items are produced to your specifications, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds for change of mind, case cancellation, patient no-show, or changes to treatment plan.

What We Will Make Right (Quality Resolution)

If there is a verified issue related to our manufacturing, design execution, or workmanship, we will work with you to resolve it promptly. Depending on the situation, our resolution may include:

- Remake / Re-mill

- Adjustment / Re-design

- Replacement

- Store credit (case-by-case)
Refunds are rare for custom products and are considered only when a remake is not feasible and the issue is clearly attributable to Bay Dental Milling.

Claim Window & Requirements

To help us resolve issues quickly:

- Please inspect all items upon receipt.

- Report any concerns within 5 business days of delivery.

- Provide clear photos, a brief description, and (when relevant) IOS/scan data, RX, and case details.

- If a return is authorized (rare), we will provide instructions and an RMA/authorization.

What Is Not Covered

Our guarantee does not cover issues caused by factors outside our control, including:

- Incomplete/incorrect impressions or scan data

- Improper margin marking, seating, or cementation protocol

- Changes to the prep after scanning

- Occlusion changes due to clinical adjustments

- Implant components not from the specified system, incorrect library selection, or mismatched parts

- Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or modification after delivery

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

- Take photos of the outer box and contents immediately.

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with documentation and next steps.

Order Cancellation

Because production often begins quickly:

- Same-day cancellations may be possible only if production has not started.

- Once production begins, cancellations are not possible and charges may apply.
